Maintenance

Due the the link detector being extremely buggy and triggering a lot of alerts we will have to temporarily take it offline until we have fixed it. The fix may be delayed because we have a lot of stuff with higher priority to do at the moment.

We will migrate our database to a different aws server. We expect a total downtime of 5 minutes.
