Issue has been fixed

A temporary fix has been implemented and should resolve the issue for now. We will continue to investigate to ensure a permanent solution.

The issue has been identified and appears to be affecting only BotGhost users at this time.

We are aware of Issues with the Transcript Endpoint not working (Returns a 405 - Method not allowed Error). Currently only the Transcript Endpoint seems to be affected by this.
